Way to go, James! I, too, have been solicited by a lawyer regarding almost the same issues, but for us we live in a Bonnadelle home in North Fresno. Bonadelle has a long history of building quality houses all over town since the 1950's, even my parents own a Bonnadelle that was built in the early '70s. My husband & I refuse to sign a class action lawsuit so that some law firm in the Bay Area can wreak havoc in town and tarnish a good name like Bonnadelle. I hope that other Granville homeowners like you see past the dollar signs and do what they need to--share their concerns with Mr. Assemi so his company can make things right. Good Luck!
